Philippians 3:13-14 KJV
Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do , forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
The Greatest Problem of Success is Success.
When many people become successful they feel they have arrived at their long desired destination so they relax and set up camp at that destination. It becomes a comfort zone; their own personal land of paradise and they cease to move forward.
They abandon all the principles that got them there in the first place. They don’t realise that if they throw away those principles they will soon lose their little land of paradise which they have attained.
You cannot throw away the principles you used as a ladder to get you to where you are now and expect your foundation at your current location to be safe and secure.
A lot of companies lose the drive, the fire, and the passion they had. They lose their constant stream of daring innovations and their culture of pushing creativity to the limits when they become successful.
They forget or don’t realise that if they lose these things that made them number one they will go right back to the spot from which they begun. In other words, going back to square one after working so hard and spending so much money to become number one.
Your achievements of yesterday are achievements of yesterday, Today is today. What are your achievements of today going to be? That is what is going to matter in the future when the future becomes today. You must have a new set of goals and achievements to reach for.

There is no rest from moving forward as long as you are on this earth.
You can never reach a point in life where it is Ok! to stop moving forward.
The moment you feel you have reached that point in life where you have become successful and you can kick back and relax or all together stop moving forward; is the day that you would lose all the progress that you have made.

You don’t have to wait till a tiger is at your heels before you run as fast as you can. If you’re supposed to be running, run as fast as you can whether there is a tiger behind you or not.
You don’t have to wait till you have a competitor that is about to take away all your customers before you begin to do all that you can do to retain all your customers.
Even if your company has 100% market share in an industry, still make the same moves that you would make if your company had only 0.1% market share; but… To Continue Reading BUY THE BOOK. Subscribe to Pastor Alfred.com to know when new books come out.
